General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

Due to a lot of fraudulent activities when paying with a credit card, we will ask for identification to approve that the cardholder authorized this payment. We will email you with guidelines to follow such as: Identification (State, Permit, or Passport) of the card holder you've paid with and a picture of the card you paid with. All important information can be covered on both ID and credit card, leaving the names, address, and last 4 digits on the card available. We are not asking for anymore information that was not already submitted to the website. Please note that if emails are not responded to within the time frame giving, your order will be cancelled and fully refunded.

Delivery Location

Any shipments outside of the U.S are not available at this time.

Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, NOT the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, all orders will take 1-2 business days to be inspected and reviewed.

For standard shipping, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 2-5 business days of the date of your order. For Express shipping, your order will be fulfilled within 2-3 Business days. We ship out orders from Monday-Friday, except holidays. Please note we DO NOT ship on weekends. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

Delivery Instructions

Please remember to list your apartment number during check out. If you fail to do so, once orders are re-shipped back to us you must pay for shipping again.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be notified of all charges on the checkout page. Sales tax may charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.
